Good software for government and everyday people looks the same: clear, honest, and built to hold up under real use.

I'm a full-stack developer based in Nepal, focused on Laravel, PHP and Flutter. Most of my work sits inside the public sector — service portals, permit systems and e-office platforms — software that has to be reliable, Nepali-language ready, and simple enough for first-time users to trust on day one.

I care about clean architecture, sensible database design and interfaces that don't make people guess. If you're hiring or looking for a developer who can take a project from idea to production, I'd love to talk.
